The Corey Besack Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) corporation created to honor Corey's life and to continue his love of music and spirit of giving to others through donations of guitars.

Corey appreciated the therapeutic benefits of music in his life and played his guitar in times of sorrow and joy. Despite his own needs, he constantly placed others' above himself and seized every opportunity to help those around him. The Corey Besack Foundation has been established to celebrate and honor his life and spirit of giving to others. Each guitar which is truly A Gift From Corey is meant to bring happiness and a source of healing to those in need.

What We Do

The Foundation will provide a Martin Dreadnaught Jr. guitar, or a comparable substitution, to organizations established for the purpose of supporting individuals in need overcoming physical or mental health conditions, disabilities, substance abuse disorders, or any other challenges which cause difficulty in everyday life.

Gifts in kind of guitars and accessories will be donated in Corey's honor and memory each year based on submission and review of application, Board approval and the availability of inventory. In order to be considered, please have a representative from your organization complete the online application.

An organization may submit an application on behalf of an individual provided that individual is endorsed or represented by the organization, and the organization can attest to how the individual would benefit from a guitar.
